eSIM Usage Instructions

Installation, activation, and device requirements — all in one place.

  • 1 Your device must be SIM-free (network-unlocked) and support eSIM. Mainland China variants and carrier-locked phones are not supported.
  • 2 After payment, the activation QR Code is sent to the email used at checkout. We recommend scanning and installing it on Wi-Fi.
  • 3 Once you arrive at your destination and connect to the local signal, turn on data roaming — it activates automatically and the validity period starts counting.
  • ! The QR Code is single-use and once the eSIM is deleted it cannot be restored. Please do not remove the eSIM from your device casually.

  • 📶 Unlimited plans are subject to the local carrier's Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Heavy streaming or downloading over a short period may trigger throttling.
  • ✈️ Add the eSIM to your device *before* departure, and only turn on data roaming after you arrive — otherwise activation may start too early and shorten the validity period.
  • 🗺️ The plan only works in the countries/regions it covers. Outside the coverage area there will be no signal — this is normal.
  • 📡 Reception in remote areas, mountains, or underground depends on local infrastructure and is not a product defect.

Return and Exchange Policy

Refund terms and process for digital products.

  • § As a digital product, eSIM is exempt from the 7-day inspection period under the proviso to Article 19(1) of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act.
  • ✉️ Once the QR Code has been sent via email (whether or not scanned and installed), the product is deemed delivered and refunds will not be accepted.
  • Customers who chose "Travelling after 30 days" or "Manual retrieval" may request a full refund before the QR Code is dispatched.
  • ⏱️ If you encounter connection issues overseas, please contact support *while still at your destination* for real-time troubleshooting. Requests submitted after returning home cannot be processed.
