How store credit is calculated
Based on the amount charged to your card
Rewards are calculated on what you actually pay by card. Any part of an order covered by store credit does not earn rewards.
Auto-topup counts too
With auto-topup on, amounts charged automatically to your card earn rewards too — you keep earning even while traveling.
Monthly fee in, store credit in
Each successful monthly charge adds 500 store credit for Gold and 1,500 for World; on annual billing, 12 months of credit is added at once after payment (Gold 6,000, World 18,000).

Where can I use store credit?
You can apply it when buying eSIM plans at checkout, on instant top-ups, and on auto-topups. Store credit is denominated in TWD: 1 credit offsets NT$1.
Do purchases paid with store credit earn rewards?
Rewards only count the amount actually charged to your card. Example: on a NT$1,000 order with 300 credit applied and NT$700 charged, a Gold member earns 700 × 2.5% = 17 credits.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges 11 months of fees for 12 months of membership — one month free. The full 12 months of store credit is added at once after payment (Gold 6,000, World 18,000).
What currency is my card charged in?
Membership fees are always charged in TWD (Gold NT$500, World NT$1,500). The USD prices shown on this page are converted reference prices.
